Order cancellation is possible through payment waiting/deposit completion.
In the case of custom-made products such as furniture, this is not possible during the product preparation stage. You can request a return after receiving the product.

Returns/exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product, and the customer must bear the round-trip shipping costs due to a simple change of mind.

If the cancellation is the next day, you can check the cancellation details on the card company's website 3-7 days later, depending on the card company's circumstances.

When requesting a cancellation/return, if you register a refund account, the refund will be processed within 3 business days after the return product is confirmed at the distribution center.
